Jason Woyce

Jason Woyce is an estate planning and trust attorney focusing on sophisticated planning for business owners, real estate investors, and high-net-worth families.

Jason graduated Summa Cum Laude from Capital University Law School and brings a depth of experience that extends beyond traditional legal practice. In addition to advising clients, Jason has taught Real Estate Law at Columbus State Community College and writes bar examination test materials in the areas of Property, Contracts, and related subjects.

Prior to entering private practice, Jason served as a Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, an experience that continues to inform his disciplined and strategic approach to complex planning matters.

Jason is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association, and he volunteers with the Legal Aid Society of Southeast and Central Ohio, providing estate planning and legal guidance to underserved community members.

Jason lives in Upper Arlington with his wife and children. Outside the office, he is an avid ultrarunner, drawn to pursuits that demand preparation, endurance, and precision—qualities that mirror his approach to advising clients on multi-generational planning and complex estates.
